Gold for sale
There is a link to a article on the Guild wars website that has a link to a place to buy gold I was under the impression this was against the EULA. I wonder if they realise? Is it against the EULA?

Selling gold is against the user Agreement yes.
Anet cant help what ad's the sites they link to show... Thats like saying "a donut lovers site had a link to a place that had a link to a place, that had a link to a place that hates donuts. They should look into that" |

I wonder, why so many threads are multiple of so many threads.
If it's not IN GAME options, everything else is ILLEGAL. |

Its depends on how the Gold Seller words his terms of sale, i.e. many sellers sell the gold for $0.00 but charge for the service of accumalating the actual gold that is not part of the user agreement.

Any transaction of ingame items that involve real money, is going to get Anet on them, whether the m,oney is for "time" or the stuff... remember, Anet can interpret their own EULA how ever they want. |

Anet can ban who they want, when they want if they think that person is in violation of any rule or regulation whatsoever. Enough said. Period.
